Before you buy the nose trimmer.
The questions we get most.
Does it pull?
No. The 360° rotary cutting head is engineered specifically against pulling — hair feeds in from any angle and is cut, not grabbed. If a single hair pulls, it's defective. Send it back, we'll replace it.
Will it do ear hair too?
Yes. Same blade, same head, same mechanism. Most men buy it for the nose and discover by month two it's the only thing they own that handles ear hair without ripping it out at the root.
How is this different from a $15 drugstore trimmer?
The cutting mechanism. Cheap trimmers use a single fixed gap and a vibrating blade — that's why they pull, that's why they sound like a power tool. The 360° rotor continuously rotates the cutting opening so hair can't get caught against the gap edge. That difference is what costs more, and it's the only difference that matters.
How loud is it?
Quiet. Low-vibration motor — comparable to an electric toothbrush, not a power tool. You're holding this next to your ear canal in the morning while your wife sleeps. That mattered to us.
Battery life and charging?
USB-C, full charge in 90 minutes, runs 60+ minutes of trim time per charge. Most users charge it twice a year. The cable in the box is the only one you'll need.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the head under running water after each use. Once a week, twist off the cap and brush out buildup with the included tool. Fully waterproof — no electronics exposed, no battery damage from rinsing.
Replaceable parts?
Yes. Blade head replacements available — extends the life of the unit indefinitely. Most users never need one, but if you somehow wear yours down, the replacement is a fraction of a new trimmer.
