Refund policy

In Short: If the trimmer cuts, nicks, or irritates you within 30 days of delivery, we refund you — and you keep the trimmer. No return, no photos.

We build the Precision Trimmer to do one thing better than anything else you've used below the waist: trim without cutting you. So that's what we stand behind.

If the trimmer nicks, cuts, or irritates your skin within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you. You don't ship anything back. You don't send photos. You email us, tell us what happened, and we make it right.

What's Covered (30 days from delivery)

  • The trimmer cut, nicked, or caused irritation in use
  • The trimmer arrived defective or stopped working
  • Your order never arrived

For any of these, you get a full refund and keep the trimmer. No return required.

What's Not a Full-Refund Event

  • Changed your mind / no longer want it
  • Found it cheaper elsewhere

For covered claims, you may be offered a partial refund first; if you decline, a full refund will be granted. For change-of-mind requests, a partial refund is the available resolution.

Using or Opening the Trimmer

Using or opening the trimmer never voids your refund. A covered claim is honored whether the box is sealed, opened, or the trimmer has been used.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@manmadelabs.com with your order number. That's it.

We'll process your request within 1 business day. If approved, your refund returns to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@manmadelabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll send a replacement at no cost — or refund you in full. Your choice. No return required.

After 30 Days

Defects are handled under the standard manufacturer warranty. Reach us at support@manmadelabs.com.

What We Don't Refund

  • Gift cards
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

International & EU Orders

Customers worldwide are covered by The ManMade Promise.

EU customers are additionally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law — but our 30-day refund window already exceeds it, so the same process applies.

Fraud & Abuse

In Short: This guarantee runs on trust. Abuse it and you lose access to it.

Customers who repeatedly request refunds across multiple orders, file fraudulent damage claims, or initiate chargebacks instead of contacting us may be excluded from future purchases and have their guarantee voided. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse.

This protects the program for the 99.9% of customers who use it in good faith.
