This Subscription Policy explains the ManMade Replacement Blade subscription — how it works, when and how much you are billed, and how to cancel. ManMade (operated by Bump The DSL, LLC) offers this plan as a recurring subscription with automatic billing. By starting this subscription at checkout, you are agreeing to the terms below. Please read them in full. If anything is unclear, email us at support@manmadelabs.com before you enroll.
In Short: Your first Replacement Blade ships free. After that, you are automatically charged $16.99 every 2 months for each new blade we ship, starting with your second order. This is a recurring charge to your card on file. You can cancel anytime from your account after your minimum commitment — cancellation is self-service and takes about a minute.

Section 01
What you are enrolling in
In Short: A recurring Replacement Blade subscription. First one free, then $16.99 every 2 months, billed automatically until you cancel.
When you start this plan, you are enrolling in an ongoing subscription for the ManMade Replacement Blade. Here is exactly what happens:
- Your first blade ships free. You pay $0.00 for your first order.
- Every 2 months after that, we ship a new blade and charge $16.99 to the payment method you used at checkout.
- This continues automatically — you do not need to re-order — until you cancel.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout and on each order confirmation.
Section 02
How and when you are billed
In Short: We charge the card you used at checkout, automatically, each time we prepare a new order. We email you a receipt for every order — including the free one — and remind you before each paid charge.
Billing works on a pay-as-you-go basis — you are charged for each blade as we prepare it to ship, not all at once up front.
- Payment method. Each recurring charge is applied to the card or payment method you used to start the subscription. Keeping it current is your responsibility (see Section 07).
- Order receipts. You receive an order confirmation by email for every order, including your free first order. Each confirmation restates that this is a recurring subscription, the amount and date of the charge, and a link to manage or cancel.
- Renewal reminders. Before each paid order is processed, we send you an email reminder in advance that includes the amount, the charge date, and a link to cancel or skip. If you do nothing, the order ships and your card is charged as scheduled.
- On your statement. Charges appear as MANMADE LABS (manmadelabs.com). If you see this charge and do not recognize it, please email us first at support@manmadelabs.com — we can resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
Section 03
Your minimum commitment
In Short: This plan has a minimum of 2 orders — your free first blade, plus one paid blade at $16.99. After your second order ships, you can cancel anytime.
Because your first blade is free, this subscription includes a minimum commitment of 2 orders total: your free first order, and one paid order at $16.99. This means you will be billed $16.99 at least once before the subscription can be cancelled. After your second order has been processed, there is no further commitment — you can cancel at any time and you will not be billed again.
If you do not want to receive and pay for at least one $16.99 blade, do not start this subscription. Single, one-time blades are available for purchase without a subscription on our store.
Section 04
How to cancel
In Short: Log in to your account, open Subscriptions, and cancel in a couple of clicks. No phone call, no email required. Cancel before your next order date to avoid that charge.
You can cancel your subscription yourself, online, at any time after your minimum commitment (Section 03). You do not have to call or email us — though we are happy to help if you get stuck. To cancel from your ManMade account:
- 1. Go to manmadelabs.com/account and select Log in.
- 2. Enter the email address you used to order. We will email you a 6-digit login code — there is no password to remember.
- 3. Enter the code to open your account.
- 4. Open the Subscriptions section.
- 5. Select your Replacement Blade subscription.
- 6. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email. Keep it for your records. If you ever cancel and do not receive that confirmation, contact us right away so we can confirm the cancellation went through.
Timing. Cancellation stops all future orders and charges. To make sure you are not billed for your next order, cancel before your next scheduled order date, which is always shown in your account and in your reminder emails. An order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be stopped by cancelling — see Section 06 for returns and refunds.
If you cannot access your account for any reason, email support@manmadelabs.com from the address on your order and we will cancel it for you.
Section 05
Pause, skip, or reschedule
If you are not ready to cancel but have more blades than you need, you do not have to cancel to stop a shipment. From the same Subscriptions area in your account, you can:
- Skip your next order while keeping the subscription active.
- Reschedule your next order date to receive blades less often.
- Pause the subscription and resume it whenever you like.
Any change made before your next order date applies to that next order.
Section 06
Refunds and returns
In Short: Cancelling stops future orders; it does not automatically refund an order that already shipped. If something is wrong with your blade, email us and we will make it right.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future orders and charges. It does not, by itself, refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
- Charged for an order you meant to cancel? Email support@manmadelabs.com within 7 days of the charge. If the blade is unopened and unused, we will work with you on a return and refund.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
We would always rather fix a problem directly than have you dispute a charge with your bank — reach out and we will respond quickly.
Section 07
Price changes and failed payments
Price changes. Your recurring price is $16.99 every 2 months. If we ever change this price, we will notify you by email in advance, and the change will only apply to orders placed after the notice. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
Failed payments. If a recurring charge cannot be processed — for example, an expired or declined card — we will attempt to bill the card again and email you to update your payment details. If payment continues to fail, we may pause or cancel the subscription. Keeping a valid payment method on file is your responsibility. You can update your card anytime in the Subscriptions area of your account.
Section 08
Your authorization and consent
By starting this subscription at checkout, you expressly authorize ManMade (operated by Bump The DSL, LLC) to automatically charge your payment method $16.99 every 2 months, beginning with your second order, for each Replacement Blade we ship, plus any applicable taxes and shipping — until you cancel. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your first blade is free and your subsequent blades are not;
- This is a recurring subscription that renews automatically and will continue to charge your card until you cancel it;
- This plan has a minimum of 2 orders, meaning you will be charged $16.99 at least once;
- You may cancel at any time after your minimum commitment using the self-service steps in Section 04;
- You have read and agree to this Subscription Policy.
This authorization remains in effect until your subscription is cancelled. If you do not agree to these terms, do not start the subscription.
