Section 01

What are cookies and tracking technologies?

In Short: Cookies and similar tools are small pieces of code that recognize your device and record how you interact with our site.

Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies that serve similar purposes:

  • Pixels and web beacons. Small pieces of code embedded in our pages or emails that record when you view a page, click a button, add an item to your cart, or complete a purchase, and share that activity with us and the advertising and analytics partners identified below.
  • Local storage and similar identifiers. Technologies that store information in your browser to keep your cart, preferences, and session working.

Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them), and may be set by us ("first-party") or by our partners ("third-party").

Section 02

What technologies do we use, and why?

In Short: Essential technologies run the store; analytics and advertising technologies help us understand performance and show you relevant ads.

Technology Provider What it does Category
Shopify platform cookies Shopify Cart, checkout, login, session security, and fraud prevention. The store cannot function without these. Essential
Google Analytics Google Measures site usage — pages viewed, traffic sources, and general engagement — including demographics and interests reporting. Analytics
Meta Pixel & Conversions API Meta Platforms Records actions such as page views, add-to-carts, and purchases so we can measure and deliver advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including retargeting. Advertising
Google Ads Google Measures ad performance and supports remarketing across Google services and partner sites. Advertising
Klaviyo Klaviyo Connects your on-site activity to our email and SMS programs — for example, sending abandoned-cart reminders and tailoring the messages you receive. Advertising & Functional

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy, linked above. The categories of information collected through these technologies are described in the "What information do we collect?" and "Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?" sections of our Privacy Policy.

Section 03

Your consent

In Short: Essential technologies always run; where the law requires it, analytics and advertising technologies load only after you accept them.

Essential technologies are always active because the Services cannot operate without them. Where required by applicable law, non-essential technologies (analytics and advertising) are deployed only after you provide consent through our cookie consent banner.

By accepting cookies through our banner, or by continuing to use the Services where permitted by law, you consent to the placement and operation of the technologies described in this Cookie Policy, including the collection, interception, recording, and sharing of information about your device and your interactions with the Services by us and the providers listed above, for the purposes described here and in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time as described in Section 04.

Section 04

How to manage or opt out of tracking

In Short: You can change your choices in our banner, your browser, or directly with our advertising partners at any time.

  • Cookie preferences. Use the cookie settings link in our website footer (or the consent banner on your first visit) to accept, decline, or change your choices for non-essential technologies at any time.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services — including your cart and checkout — from working.
  • Google. Opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
  • Meta. Manage how Meta uses your off-Facebook activity at facebook.com/adpreferences.
  • Industry opt-outs. Opt out of participating networks at optout.networkadvertising.org and optout.aboutads.info.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of "sales," "sharing," or targeted advertising. See the "Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?" section of our Privacy Policy or visit our data sharing opt-out page.

Section 05

Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control

No uniform standard for browser Do-Not-Track ("DNT") signals has been adopted, so we do not respond to DNT signals at this time. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information where required by applicable law.

Section 06

Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
